- I can only take payment through PayPal, or Ko-fi.- When sending payments through PayPal, please do not specify in the notes that it's for a commission due to the risk of PayPal suspending artists accounts if it detects the word "commission".- Prices are always in USD.- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- When commissioning me, please send a clear reference image with no watermarks in the way.- If I have not begun work on your commission you can get a full refund, but if work has started I will only refund 50%.- I will show you the lineart and wait for approval before I complete your commission. If you want something changed please tell me before the art is finished rather than after, I can make very minor edits after the art is complete but that's it.- Turnaround time can range anywhere from 2 days to 2 months maximum depending on how full my queue is. Please keep in mind I have disablities so may be a bit slow with work at times. You can keep track of the progress of your commission on my Trello. DO NOT try to rush me or be rude or I will not work with you again.- I can be a bit forgetful, but you are more than welcome to correct me if I forget details on your commission. I will gladly fix it!- I generally draw commissions in order of the queue, but I may get smaller commissions done first since they take less time.- You can use your commissioned art for profile pictures, banners, websites, etc. You may NOT use for AI or commercial use.- I may share your commission on social media. If you aren't comfortable with me sharing your characters please let me know.- Credit me when sharing my work and do not erase my signature or claim as your own.
